Schaeffler welcomes around 300 trainees and dual students throughout Germany
With the start of their training at the beginning of September, a total of 59 young people started their careers at the Schaeffler location in Schweinfurt. Of these, 42 new trainees are learning a commercial profession and nine young people are learning a commercial profession.
Schaeffler is also welcoming eight high school graduates this year to take part in one of the study programs offered by the company. This offer includes the programs "Two in One", "Dual Studies" or "Study with in-depth practical experience". At Schaeffler, the new students will also begin their training on September 1, 2022 as part of a pre-study internship before starting their studies in October. Because it is very important to Schaeffler that all new talents start together.

The company specifically relies on a combination of digital and personal learning environments in order to prepare the trainees for professional life in the best possible way.
Extension of the training offers
At the start of the training year, Schaeffler welcomes around 300 new trainees and dual students who are starting their careers at the company's German locations. Schaeffler offers training in 25 industrial-technical, commercial or IT professions as well as the possibility of 18 different dual courses of study. In total, more than 1,100 young talents are currently completing an apprenticeship or degree in Germany.
Schaeffler is also expanding the range of training opportunities. Among other things, the apprenticeship as an IT specialist specializing in digital networking will be newly introduced. In addition, the range of dual courses at numerous locations is being expanded.
