On Thursday, March 3, 2022, students, teachers, parents and anyone interested can register for the digital training event easily and conveniently from home or on the go:

Between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., trainees and students will answer participants’ questions about training and studies live in the chat. Videos and a virtual tour provide insights into training at Schaeffler and the extensive range of industrial, technical and commercial occupations as well as dual courses of study. Anyone who is still looking can secure an apprenticeship position starting in autumn of this year.
EU youth ambassador Ali Mahlodji motivates schoolchildren
Tamara, Hannah and Marlene helped develop a large part of the content, including many short videos by other trainees, and are also present as moderators at the digital career information day. “We are convinced that Schaeffler is a great training company. And we want to pass that on to schoolchildren in particular,” say the three young women, who are themselves trainees in their second year of training or are about to graduate. And they are looking forward to an exciting guest: Ali Mahlodji was appointed EU youth ambassador for life by the European Union as a "translator between the generations". Under the motto "The future is now", he encourages young people to believe in themselves at the digital training event. He shows how the world of work has changed and why it is all the more important today to know your own strengths. Mahlodji provides insights into his career and inspires confidence that everyone has everything they need within themselves.
At some German Schaeffler locations, for example in Schweinfurt, Herzogenaurach, Bühl and H?chstadt, there are currently still vacancies for apprenticeships. The applicant portal is open for the start of training in autumn 2022.
